Return Policy

Feline Babe is happy to accept returns for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Please note, we do not accept exchanges of any kind.

To start a return, just make your request within 7 days of getting your complete order. Your return window begins from the day the delivery status shows as received. To get a full refund, make sure to ship the items back within 7 days of requesting the return.

For orders with multiple packages, your return window starts from when the final package is delivered.

  • If returns don't meet the mentioned conditions, we might not be able to accept the return at all.

  • Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless it's due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

  • Once we receive the returned package, please allow Feline Babe 5 - 7 business days to process it.

  • We'll send you an email once the return has been processed to confirm the action taken by Feline Babe.

Return Processing Time - 

Processing takes 5 - 7 business days once we receive your return.

To speed up the return process, follow these steps:

  1. Include the return authorization number (found in the Return Request Approved email) with your return.

  2. Ensure all returned items are new, unworn, and in their original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

  3. Send the return within 7 business days of submission to:

Please be aware that not meeting the criteria above may result in a return being declined.

Once processed, Feline Babe will send an email to confirm the return.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You're in charge of the shipping costs when returning your item.

It is a good idea to use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. This ensures safety during transit, as we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise. 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Cancellations (if applicable)

We understand that plans can change, so we are here to help. Once an order enters processing status or is shipped, it cannot be canceled. While cancellations are typically accepted within 24 hours of purchase, this is not guaranteed due to our speedy warehouse operations. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order. For any unwanted items, we recommend initiating a return for eligible items within 7 business days of receiving your package.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return or cancellation request is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and provide the approval or rejection status of your refund. If your return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-5 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time frame, please reach out to us at https://felinebabe.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further.
