We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how returns work with us:
Returns
We accept returns for unworn items in original packaging with tags and the clear garment bag (with SKU label).
Exchanges are not available.
To start a return:
Request it within 7 days of receiving your complete order
Ship the item back within 7 days of getting approval
For multi-package orders, your return window starts after the last package is delivered.
Important:
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is your responsibility (unless it’s a mistake or damaged item).

Include your Return Authorization Number from the approval email. Items must be unworn, with tags, in their original clear bag.
Processing Time
Returns are processed in 5–7 business days after we receive your package. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s done.

Cancellations
Orders can’t be canceled once processing starts or they’ve shipped. We try to accommodate cancellations within 24 hours, but it’s not guaranteed. If the order ships, you can return eligible items after receiving them.
Refunds
Once your return/cancellation is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. It may take 2–5 business days to reflect in your account.
